Site layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this new image drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying various parts of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
